Can't Create New Word Cloud

| I can log in to my account but I can't create a new word cloud, modify an existing word cloud, or delete an existing word cloud. Problem is experienced in both Chrome and Internet Explorer. | |

| Me too - I tried disabling all chrome extensions which didn't help. Also does't work in Firefox. I tried it on a different computer in FireFox and it still doesn't work. It tries to pop up the ?Flash ?Javascript box but nothing appears. | |

| lylyka, could you advise what exactly goes wrong when you try to create a word cloud. Did you see any error message? Also could you please advise what text do you see at https://whichbrowser.net/? | |

| I'm getting the same problem, cant even get started…bummer. getting this error "The visualized word cloud is empty. Most likely it happened because you selected a font that can't render the words you entered in Words section. Please try changing the font in Fonts section." tried EVERYTHING and Chrome is what I am using, so that doesnt work.thanks! | |
