Downloads PNG and Vector

If i create a picture and i want to download it in high quality PNG and Vector image, does this count as 2 downloads or 1 as its only one picture? thanks

| If you don't change your word cloud art then it counts as 1 download only. | |

| I had the same issue and it counted as TWO for me today. I wrote for customer service in the design area. I'm waiting for a response. Tagul would allow for a full EPS download. What's the best format to use to be able to work cleanly in Illustrator, not Photoshop. | |
