Can't edit background image

Earlier on I was able to edit the background image I'd added - it allowed me to change the lines etc. which allowed the words to spread out properly. And now, try as I might, I simply can't do it again - the Edit button is greyed out. Can anyone help please? Thank you so much, Carole |

| Hi Carole, you can edit the custom background image until you reload your word art page. Once reloaded, you can no longer edit it. Please upload it again. | |
