Visualized Word Cloud is empty!?

I am attempting to visualize a cloud but it keeps returning the same error message over and over regarding the cloud being empty, to select another font. Regardless of the font selected however, it still will not visualize. Help!!

| Could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox? It is a known issue to happen in Internet Explorer in some environments. | |
