PNG not uploading

| Hi I have saved an image as a PNG,the same way I have always done before, however, it will now not allow me to use this shape?Is there an issue with the software please? I have been trying for the last week on a couple of different computers. | |

You are trying to add a PNG image to the Shapes list, aren't you? If yes then what exactly is wrong there? Could you please send to support email the PNG image so I could check what is wrong there? |
