English words not 'rendered'

Trying to change font and it keeps popping up with an error message saying my words cannot be rendered?? Have tried changing the words to every single font and the error message still pops up

| Could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox. This issue occurs only in Internet Explorer in some environments. | |
