Gallery image not showing from another account

hi there, hopefully you can help me out. I have a personal account and a Company account ( paid) I have created a design with my personal account that I would like to duplicate and edit with my company account… and save as an eps… meaning I dont have to copy all the words etc etc again. But I cannot find my design in the Gallery. http://tagul.com/go?tag=$word thanks in advance. |

| The only way to do it is to place your design to Gallery and then log out and log in under the company account and click customize button to make a duplicate. To locate the word cloud in Gallery click "Link" button in "Download and Share" section. | |

Hi Alex thanks for the reply - I have tried that but my image does not seem to appear in the Gallery - logging in with both users. thanks |
