Word Art Blurry when printing

Hi, I'm trying to print my purchased word art HQ PNG however it will only print blurry. I've tried resizing it using the printer, Adobe photoshop and via the editor on windows but they all come out the same. I need it sized 5x5inch. Please can you help? |
