Forum support and product development

Dear Mr Tagul

I know it takes a lot of work to keep up with your forum but to be fair to your users, you should at least look at it from time to time as there are obviously some serious issues. There are users out there (me included) who would pay for some help or a premium service. But it's very frustrating to not get any reaction at all. Perhaps if you're no longer supporting or developing this product (which is great and I really want to be able to use it), you should make it clear on your site, so people don't waste valuable time trying to get it working.

Thank you for your feedback. Tagul is still supported on best effort bases unfortunately just because I don't have time to support full time.
