The last time I subscribed to Word Art when it was Tagul there was an option to download my art as an EPS / Vector based file. Without that capability, I lost the ability to edit in Illustrator. Is that option no longer available? Also, I had to go back and change the background to transparent in order the create the art I required on my Mac in Illustrator. I was then charged for a second download of non-altered art. Please help. If the EPS option is no longer available, then what alternative format is recommended in order to be able to work cleanly in Illustrator, not Photoshop.
