HD Download missed off part of picture and can't resize it

Hi, Ive downloaded a HD picture Ive made but its cut part of the last bit of it off, although it is showing fully on the screen? Any ideas how to fix this as I dont want to pay for another download Also this one I cant seem to resize to get it onto a card to print, the last one I downloaded it was easy to just resize, again any ideas how to fix this? Thanks |

| It may be a browser issue. Could you please try to download in another browser like Chrome or Firefox? | |

When downloaded in Chrome then I receive the full picture thanks (was using Firefox) Still having issues with being able to resize when Ive downloaded the image though, so Im currently unable to send to get items printed :/  …..
