Using the words as a background

Hello, How do I make the words appear in the background and not within the photo? I was able to do it before, but I cannot remember how I achieved it. Also, when I uploaded my photo, the setting wheel no longer appears. Please advise. TIA in advance. |

Hi April! By default words are placed on non-white space only. You can change that by setting the threshold parameter to 100% when adding your custom image. The setting wheel should appear after you added your custom image. If then you save your word cloud art and reload it the wheel will disappear because the original image you used is not stored with your word cloud art. |

I have a previous account and can't seem to get into it. I have some work on there that I need and no one is replying back. I tried my email however it says it not able to find it. Also I paid for the SVG download the 5 for 9.99 after downloading one in DEC. it says I have 3 left when I only downloaded 1. Can you please help.
