Not able to keep all words together

Hi ALex, for some reason i am not able to keep all words in a sentence together. For example - "Robin hood, robin hood riding through the glen" is being split like Robin Hood Robin Hood etc. Never experienced this before - any ideas whats happening? |

| Hi Cornie, first of all you can directly input the sentence into the words section and then it won't be split. When you importing text please make sure you selected the "CSV format" check box to avoid splitting. | |

| Thanks for your quick response. I have ended up typing all sentences in the words section which was a bit of a bind. But when i went back to see where the CSV Format check box is so i know for next time, i couldnt find it - and have never had to do before. Is this new? | |

| Are you using the old creator or the new one? The "CSV format" check box is added in the new version. In the old version there was automatic detection that worked very inconsistently and therefore was removed. | |

| I have the same issue, but when I click CSV format it only takes the first few sentences on my list and starts repeating them in the word cloud. It doesn't incorporate the entire list of sentences that I imported into the system. | |
