| Once I've saved my wordart, I download it in 32mp hq. It only shows or downloads a portion of the image even though on screen it shows the full picture. I have wasted 3 or 4 downloads trying to sort this out. I have tried the old version and it is doing the same thing. Please help. Thankyou | |

| It may be a browser issue. Please try to download in Chrome or Firefox. Also please contact support advising how many downloads you wasted and they will be credited back. | |
