Unfortunately it is not possible to do such kind of designs with Tagul.

Hi Alex, Thanks for your reply. Perhaps you wanna share with me what kind of application I could use to create that kind of design? (Maybe there's site like Tagul.com or offline illustrator plugin or something else). Sure you are mastering this things. Thanks.

To be honest it is the first time I see such designs and have no idea how it was done and what software was used.
