Higher Resolution

First off, your website is great. I can't believe how versatile it is, and how cool things turn out.

We wanted to make a custom t-shirt for my daughter's sweet 16 party. My wife's idea was to come up with a bunch of words that have some sort of meaning to my daughter, and put them into the shape of '16'. Our friend owns a t-shirt company, so he can get them printed.

I have everything the way on want on the graphic, and it looks great! The problem we're running in to is that he needs a hi-res jpeg in order to screen print the shirts. Is there a way to get a higher resolution graphic?

There is. Save your cloud in SVG format and open with inkscape and then you can save it in any type and any resolution.

I'm also looking for some advice on this I have tried for hours to figure out how to change size of image and resolution one I have the image in Inkscape.

Why do you need to change the resolution?
If you want to print your cloud then download it as PNG with 4MP quality and print it.

Anyway you can change the resolution of downloaded PNG file with any image editing software (e.g. MS Paint)

I have tried this but when I make the image smaller in photo shop to put on a mug the small writing isn't clear enough?

May be you are making the image too small in photoshop?
Anyway you can try using EPS version that is vector format that scales without losses.
