PayPal Payment made but no premium functions available

I've upgraded my account to premium and paid through PayPal.
but the premium functions are not unlocked. Not even after signing out and signing in again.

There was a technical error during processing the payment that was fixed.
Your payment is now processed and your account is upgraded to Premium.
