however when i use a picture of captain america for instance i cant get it to be as clear as this.. ive played about with different pictures, changed the settings in shapes but no luck i have saved one called captain america in my account thanks

In your "captain america" cloud I've added this picture with threshold parameter = 1 and Edges parameter = 0.

You just need to edit the picture I provided and make the white shield's rings transparent in an image editing software (like GIMP or Photoshop).
