Words not appearing in cloud

Hi, I'm entering in words, but they are not appearing in my cloud? Perhaps I'm not doing something correctly. Please help!!!

1) Send a screenshot of what you see when "words not appearing" in your cloud to support email
2) Also send the text you see at http://whichbrowser.net ?

The above info will allow me to better understand what is happening there.
