Custom shape blank

When I'm trying to put my own shape on the box is just showing blank, no image at all?

1) The screenshot where you see blank custom shape
2) The image you try to use

Then I'll look into the problem.

Hi Alex thanks for reply, I managed to sort it by finding the same image but on a different site, for some reason that first image just wouldn't load but any other image would so problem with them rather then this site
