Duplicate not working

Hi! When I click the "Duplicate" button all that happens is my cloud is saved and then instead of a duplicate of my cloud opening I get the default cloud. Is this a premium feature?

Hi Kim, duplicate feature is not premuim one and should work.
In order to understand the problem better could you please:

1) Send me the text you see at http://whichbrowser.net page
2) Record a small video using your smartphone of what you do and what you see and send it to support <at> tagul.com
