tags not redirecting links to URL posted in tag source

Hey everyone,

I'm having trouble figuring out how to have the tag redirect/open the URL I set in the tag source. I also noticed that when I copy/paste the link, it will not save either.

I saw a video on youtube where they mentioned placing "$tag" at the end of the URL, but that didn't work either.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

just place something like this "http://<your site>/search?&q=$tag" in "tags link pattern" field or edit tags links manually.

Thank you for your response. I'm still having issues, for some reason it still won't redirect when I manually edit the tags.. I'm trying to link the tag to a tumblr post to create a more interactive cover letter. Maybe sites like tumblr aren't supported? Forgive me, I'm not the smartest when it comes to coding..

Did you click visualize button after you changed URL?

That solution is a problem if you want the tag cloud to retain the EXACT look that you have created. If you edit the URL and RE-click Visualize - it changes the look of the Tag Cloud -

That's right. I'll think how to enhance it to avoid loosing a cloud when changing URLs.
