image dimension

I downloaded a vector image 2400 by 3000px, it doesnt show when i type in words and visualize it. what am i doing wrong?

Sorry but the problem is not clear to me.

The flow is the following:

1) You visualize your cloud and make something beatiful you want to save.
2) You save it to Tagul site by clicking on big save button at bottom right corner
3) You go to "Grab and Share" section and export your image in desired format.

At what step "it doesn't show"?
