exporting as vector image - change font?

Hi - I am thinking about signing up for a premium update so i can export a cloud as a vector eps file. Will the font be outlined or as live text? If live text, will I be able to change the font in a vector program (illustrator) and refine the word placement manually if needed?

Vector files contain only text outlines.
But in a vector program you will be able to edit those outlines, e.g. delete or add some. But it won't be easy for example to change a word's font because word with new font should be placed exactly on the same place where word with old font was.

The best thing you can do is to try it yourself to understand whether EPS will work for you or not. I've uploaded sample EPS file created by Tagul cloud generator so you can test it.
