saving to computer

hi! I just created my cloud but is there any way I can save it to my computer? I've tried right clicking and saving and also tried to copy and paste on a word document and neither worked. |

Go to Grab and Share section and click on PNG icon with desired quality to save it to your computer. |

I have premium and it still doesn't work. Using Internet explorer, on windows 7. Quite annoyed that I've paid for Premium and two of the options do not work 4mp and 16mp will not give me the option to save at all, and the other two do not save when you try to. |
