pinkbear125 Member	I'm using windows 10 and the 'ctrl/f5' option did nothing except bring up Cortana. So I've just had to clear all the cache's, browsing history etc and this has worked.

pinkbear125 Member	Hi Alex Visualize, Edit & Reset are not working at all, nothing is happening. We cannot change our existing clouds or create new ones, this is a real poop today

It's not happening every single time though, but when I do move a word it's either tall and skinny, then I will try and resize it till I think it's about right, then go to visualise for the word to then shrink considerably and be all short and fat? I like this feature but would prefer the option of being able to fix the proportions of a word without this happening and constantly readjusting itself in size. Thanks

Me too, I've been having the same struggles as above.
