Not letting me Visualize

| Hi Alex, I've been trying to make changes to an existing cloud and also tried to make a new cloud, and when I click visualize nothing is happening at all. The box is coming up that usually counts down the %age visualised, but nothing is in it? I really need to work on some clouds today. Yvonne | |

Hi Alex Me too, the 'reset' button isn't working either so editing is impossible to existing clouds Thanks |

Hi Alex Visualize, Edit & Reset are not working at all, nothing is happening. We cannot change our existing clouds or create new ones, this is a real poop today
