Hi

I am quite new but have been getting to grips with the site. For some reason the 'grab and share' has stopped working. Just before it stopped working a little box came up to allow something and I said no (I wasn't 100% sure what it was, I've been plagued with all sorts of problems with my laptop so I am super careful ) I think I should have said yes. Any ideas how to stare the grab and share working again?

I know this question has been asked before but I can't see to get it to work. I want to put heart shapes within the cloud. I have read the instructions on the forum, when I follow them the shape that shows in my cloud is a box with a cross. Any idea what I am doing wrong? PS I am new to this site.
