Actually I worked out what helped with this, if you save a cloud to your computer then make a change to the same cloud and try save again, you can't just rename it in the box that pops up when your saving or you end up with an unreadable file so enter a different name for your cloud then click to grab/save and it will work ok.

I'm having this problem again, saves once then when I try to save as a png or svg there is no file name if you know what I mean?

Hi Alex, my clouds are loading fine now thanks for the reply and thanks for such a great word tool!

None of my clouds load all I get is a blank white space, even tried updating my flash and it's still now working.

Any advice?

How did you fix this? I have the exact same problem
