a 1000% price increase? You have no idea what you are doing - we will be off come the end of our license with you if this is seriously what you are suggesting - nearly every single word art print/item seller on eBay, Amazon and their own websites use tagul, but I know, being one of them, that the mark up on the items we all sell is VERY slim. If the prices go up 1000% percent it will force people either out of business or to another supplier Simple as that. Madness. |

Taking offers individually also seems unfair as one person will pay far more than someone else Why not just put the price up using the RPI (retail price index) plus say 10% if you really need to? |

The new mechanism doesnt work for us because you sold us a decent value package the last year and now you expect us to pay per download? Which would cost us 40x $5 per DAY? I am sure us and many others will be migrating accross to another word art software that doesnt con its loyal customers. Bad bad move Alex |

| Why do you now have to click 4 or 5 times, going through various pro license obtain screens before you can download your image? Already obtained pro license numerous times and still have to go through all these screens every time | |

Seem unable to upgrade to premium as PayPal not accepting payments at the moment? Any ideas? Wanted to start using Tagul as our subscription with our last service expired and we liked the design on here, so would love some help so we can get a years premium service. Thanks |
