Hi,

I need to save my image with transparent background and white font in order to have it printed on several different colour tshirts. When I save the image it just appears like a white box. Am I doing this correctly?

Cloud name is Karen confirmation I will send screenshot of how image appears in both animation mode & in edit mode.

Hi - today when I right click on image and save image to my desktop it's saving as a blank pnp file. Has your setting been changed?
Also, I have been using the new edit mode feature which was a great addition - but today when I choose to edit my image doesn't appear.
