Kazzainspain Member	I keep trying it and it’s not working. I got it to work by using your shapes which doesn’t help me as I very rarely use your shapes. Please can you look into this, I have a big backlog of orders now that NEED to be completed today. Please, this is the only way I can earn money at the moment. 😢😢 Thank you. 🙏🏼

Kazzainspain Member	I have done that, it’s the same. It worked again last night but this morning, I am getting the same error. Errno 12 Cannot Allocate Memory.

Kazzainspain Member	Hi, I have received an order to create a shape out of song lyrics. I have used emojis to help create the shape but I would like the words in the order I have typed them in rather than being randomly placed when visualising. I know I could put them in order using the edit button but this will take me ages. Is there an easier way of doing this that I have missed? Possibly a feature to take off random placing? Thank you 😊

Hi, I have received an order to create a shape out of song lyrics. Kazzainspain Member	Hi, this is a problem that keeps happening. I used to be able to download the HQ jpeg/png using my iPad on safari and chrome. For a while now I cant download the HQ on my iPad using chrome and safari. It only works on my Mac which is fine when I am at home but I am away at the mo so can only download the standard jpeg/png which isn’t very good quality. Has something changed as, like I said, I used to be able to download in HQ? Thanks
