Error downloading

Kazzainspain Member	Hi, this is a problem that keeps happening. I used to be able to download the HQ jpeg/png using my iPad on safari and chrome. For a while now I cant download the HQ on my iPad using chrome and safari. It only works on my Mac which is fine when I am at home but I am away at the mo so can only download the standard jpeg/png which isn’t very good quality. Has something changed as, like I said, I used to be able to download in HQ? Thanks

Alex Key Master	Unfortunately downloads don't work on mobile iOS devices at the moment. I suggest you to use another device for downloading. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
