Hi Alex,

As well as the enormous leap, it is the cost implication of paying $300 in one hit when there was the opportunity of paying in monthly hits, which were MUCH more manageable!
I know that I cannot afford $300, regardless of how much I did or didn't use in the last 12 months, in one go. I just don't have that sort of money smile

I'm guessing that is because they have the monopoly in this area and they have us by the 'short and curlies'!!!
It is getting quite pricey now which is quite unfortunate - it will be interesting to see what this does to all the eBayers etc. with their pricing?!
I will need to monitor to see if the sales warrant continuing - will have to be a work in progress over the coming weeks and months I think smile

Hi Alex,

I've sent the email now so hopefully you've received it.
I sent my previous message via the contact link above.

Many thanks

Hi,

I've sent a message but not yet had a response?
I've had a PayPal payment taken for £18.67 at 01:51 this morning (whilst asleep!).
I still have downloads available on my current plan so I can't work out why this would have happened?
Can you look into this please and let me know why this has been taken and refund the payment please - the transaction details are in the email I sent earlier.
If you need any further info please let me know.

Many thanks
Angie

@emma_irwin, I agree also. It could be a handful in a week then nothing for an age. I'm sure not everyone who uses this software is churning out hundreds a week, unless it is the 1MB brigade!
Removing the time limit would be much more appropriate and user-friendly.

And DavRoz, I completely agree with your comments. Target those who 'abuse' the system for want of a better word and reward loyalty (present and future).
Yes, you have to 'speculate to accumulate' but not out and out robbery!!!! smile

So, does anyone know of any equivalent programmes that can achieve the same or similar results?
I'd only just started with these prints so am really peeved to say the least!
When you check on Etsy or eBay as examples, prints sell for so little, with everyone trying to outdo each other (obviously).
It will be interesting to watch the 'market' to see how this affects the pricing or if the market just dies with sellers branching out into other new directions?

Blimey! That is a huge increase!
Can already see the market is going to die because of it.
For items that historically are fairly low-priced I can't see the correlation between the pricing of the plans and the charges for completed prints - unless you are one of the lucky few who can turn around vast amounts of orders daily.
Oh well, out of our control I suppose but very disappointing I must say.
Good luck in 2016
