Hi, I've sent a message but not yet had a response? I've had a PayPal payment taken for £18.67 at 01:51 this morning (whilst asleep!). I still have downloads available on my current plan so I can't work out why this would have happened? Can you look into this please and let me know why this has been taken and refund the payment please - the transaction details are in the email I sent earlier.
