I've tested that functionality extensively and still can't reproduce the problem. I would appreciate if you could advise the exact steps how to reproduce the problem starting from scratch or from one of your word artworks. |

Hi! You should be able to highlight several words with CTRL + CLICK and then remove them all at once. |

I've just checked it and it worked fine at my end. It may have happened because I didn't create the word art from scratch. Could you please advise the steps to reproduce the problem starting from scratch? |

The FAQ entry named "How to make all words the same size?" should answer your question. |

It seems like a bug, but I can't reproduce it on my side. Could you please advise the steps starting from a new word art that need to be done to make the problem appear? |

I've checked the word art and here is what happened. Words were placed on non-transparent space of your teddy bear image. When you added the image there was the threshold parameter that controls what bright colors were replaced with transparent. Obviously you moved the slider to the right to keep the white color intact. Therefore the words were placed all over the image. To fix that you need another teddy bear image filled with a non-white color. Then keep the threshold parameter at default 0.8 value to remove the white background to avoid placing words there. |

Hi Stephanie, The words should be inside your teddy bear image after visualization by default. If it is not the case please save your word art and advise its name, so I could check what is wrong there. |

Hi, just duplicate your old word art and change words. In the new creator to duplicate a word art click on the "save as" in the "more" menu. |

Hi Jackie, this is 2 years old thread and everything has changed since then. The maximize option is located in the words options dialog that can be opened from the words section. I recommend you to read this FAQ entry regarding how words sizes work. |
