It may be a browser issue. Could you please try to visualize in another browser like Chrome or Firefox?

It may happen in some environments. You can try to download again. Also you can save your artwork and ask the support to send the image via email.

can i download again without it charging me again? i Paid for 5 but dont want to use them all up trying to download one
Yes, you can download again without being charged because all successive downloads of a same image (even in different) formats are not counted.
Also one that I downloaded as svg will not download to my cricut I think maybe it is too large. Can I make it smaller to download.
Your cricut software should allow you to make SVG smaller. I suggest you to contact their support regarding the issue.

Standard quality downloads can be blurry. If you need better quality please consider purchasing one of HQ download packs.

Hi! Could you please save your word cloud art and advise its name so I could see what is wrong there?

I suppose those borders are visible in the edit mode only. Then just switch to the animate mode to make them disappear. The borders won't be visible when you download your word cloud art in either case.

Hi April! By default words are placed on non-white space only. You can change that by setting the threshold parameter to 100% when adding your custom image.

The setting wheel should appear after you added your custom image. If then you save your word cloud art and reload it the wheel will disappear because the original image you used is not stored with your word cloud art.
