Hi, could you please send the image to the support email so I could check what is wrong there?

I had to go back and change the background to transparent in order the create the art I required on my Mac in Illustrator. I was then charged for a second download of non-altered art.
It may have been a technical glitch. I have credited 1 HQ download back to your account.

If the EPS option is no longer available, then what alternative format is recommended in order to be able to work cleanly in Illustrator, not Photoshop.
EPS format is no longer available. Please use PDF instead.

Actually any default font except "Dirty fox" and "Dock 51"

It is because you selected a complex font. You can try to download in PDF instead.

BTW you can use the "save as" from the "more" menu to keep the old changes and save the new.

Hi, could you please send the text you imported to the support email so I could check it?

Hello Pat,

I changed the image in Wordart and also changed the title of the file and saved it. The original file disappeared and only the new one was in the myartwork list.
When you click save you overwrite the old changes with the new ones. It works like when you hit save on MS Word document for example.

I did this because I had typed in a lot of words to be used and didn't want to type them again. I know I can type the words in a document and import them but when you do this they all appear as single words on a single line and I want some of my words to appear together
You can type each phrase on a new line and then enable the "CSV checkbox" when importing text to avoid phrases split into words.

Yes, you can download your word art image from the download menu at the top of the creator window.

Hi, it may be a browser issue. Could you please try to visualize in another browser like Chrome or Firefox?

Hi, you cannot import more than 999 words and you seem to have reached that limit.
