Hi linzi2512! Thank you for reporting the issue. It was introduced in the latest release and I've just rolled it back the way it was. Please reload your word art and try again.

Yes, you have to lock every other word individually

Hi Kacky123@, the easiest way to do this is to click on the "add text" feature, input J letter and enable the negative button.

Hi Jo!
You cannot change the spelling without revisualizing unfortunately. I recommend you to switch to the edit mode and then lock other words except the one you want to change spelling. Then revisualize. After the revisualization the locked words will keep their position thus preserving the layout.

Hi MACY1969, could you please send the image you printed and a photo of what comes out on paper to the support email so I could understand the problem better?

Unfortunately there are some technical problems on Paddle.com (our authorized reseller) side at the moment. They expect this to be solved shortly. You will receive the notification email once your payment is complete. If you need your images urgently please contact support.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The only way to change a word's spelling is to change it in the words section and re-visualize. If you want to keep the rest design intact try locking other words (that were not changed) in the edit mode and then re-visualize.

You need to purchase any HQ download packs and download your image in HQ format. With the HQ download you will obtain the commercial license for the image that allows you to remove the attribution. Then contact support for the instructions on how to remove it.
