@Caronk, thank you for your feedback!

1) Your tree wording cam out all black probably because of "Custom shape colors" check box (in "Colors and Animations" section) was checked. Try unchecking it and visualize your cloud.

2) Regarding more shapes. I absolutely agree with you that it is needed to add more shapes. I am currently working on a complete re-write of cloud form to HTML5 platform and I will add more shapes there. I hope to release it in March/April. So please stay tuned.

3) Colored shapes allows you to select colored (non black and white) images as your cloud shape and your words will be colored in shape's colors. Just find a colored image and try it as your cloud shape and you will understand how it works.

In "Tags source" -> Table you can edit any tag/word and input a whole phrase.

Alternatively you can try the method described in FAQ.

There is a FAQ entry for this saying:

Go to "Grab and Share" section. Click on "Save graphic image (PNG)". Save it and then print the saved image.

You don't need to know the codes. Just select a color by clicking on it in the color selection form.

I suggest you trying another browser like Firefox or Chrome

Hi Mary. You can do it in "Tags source" -> Table section.

Please try the below:

1) Try increasing your saved PNG dimensions to the maximum 2880x2800 resolution.
Go to "Grab and Share" -> "Save to local computer" and input 2880 into width (or height) field.
Then save your cloud and try printing. If it is still printed in bad quality try the below step.

2) Save your cloud as SVG file and convert it to EPS using Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape (read about it here).
SVG/EPS are vector formats so if everything is done right you shouldn't see any pixels while printing.

Please save your cloud as PNG file and insert it into word doc as you do with any other picture.

Hi Sarah,

1) You cannot use custom fonts with Tagul

2) You can put the company logo in a blank area in the middle of the word cloud. To do this you'll have to create a word cloud. Then open it in any image editing software and delete some words to free space for your company logo and place it there

If you change the words in your cloud you will get another design so you have to purchase another license (if you use that design in commercial purposes).

If it doesn't suit you please write to support email with your commercial usage case so we could try negotiating the terms that are suitable for both you and Tagul.
