If you import your text, our software will automatically split it into words and rank them based on how many times each word occurs in your text.

There is no built-in feature for real-time, collaborative word submission during online meetings. However, you can use other collaborative tools (like Google Docs) to gather words and then make your word art.

When you import words from a text, the Words table is cleared, so unfortunately, you cannot maintain your specific settings.

Words are capitalized when imported. You can convert all words to lowercase after importing using More -> Change case -> lower menu in the Words section.

Another option is to put each word on a separate line and import the text with the "CSV format" checkbox enabled. That will preserve letter case but will not group and count words.

You don't need to repeat a word to make it bigger. Just move it up in the Words table. You can also import a list of repeated words, and our software will count the number of occurrences for each word and rank them accordingly.

You can share your word art by clicking on the corresponding button at the top of the Creator window. But you cannot allow other users to edit your word art.

Hi, I suggest you ask Staples which formats they prefer. You can also download all available HQ formats in a zip file and send it to them to choose from.
