| If you used one of the hidden columns in your creation, it is shown automatically. Also, the visible columns setting is saved with your Word Art, so you don't need to display them each time you open it for editing. If you need to view all available columns on every design, I can enable this feature for your account. | |

Words are capitalized when imported. You can convert all words to lowercase after importing using More -> Change case -> lower menu in the Words section. Another option is to put each word on a separate line and import the text with the "CSV format" checkbox enabled. That will preserve letter case but will not group and count words. |

| You don't need to repeat a word to make it bigger. Just move it up in the Words table. You can also import a list of repeated words, and our software will count the number of occurrences for each word and rank them accordingly. | |

| You can share your word art by clicking on the corresponding button at the top of the Creator window. But you cannot allow other users to edit your word art. | |
