Hi,

I've looked at your cloud and the problem is that the motorbike image you used has too many small lines that are hard to reproduce by words.

Here what you can do:
1) Increase the amount of words in Layout section to 999 (you did it)
2) Use more condensed font like Simple Slum G Regular or Headline One
3) Find another motorbike image that has less small details

Hi Heather,

that can be done if you export your cloud in EPS format.
Then print it with Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape and you should get a good quality image (not fuzzy or blurry).
That is because EPS is a vector format that can be scaled infinitely when printed.

Hi Kathleen,

could you please:

1) Click cancel, save the cloud and advise its name
2) Go to http://whichbrowser.net and advise the text you see there

I'll look into this when you provide the details above.

To keep the white color you need the following:

1) Make sure your logo image has transparent background with white and other colors on it.

2) When importing the logo move the threshold slider to the most right position (value 1) and click OK. (Threshold slider controls how many white should be left in the image, value 1 means all white should be kept)

3) Change the background of your cloud to transparent in Colors and Animations section

4) Visualize your cloud

Hi Lottie,

could you please record a small video using your smartphone of what you do and what you see and send it to support email?

On premium page choose "Debit/Credit card option", fill the form and in the last section (where card details are entered) click on the PayPal tab. It is another way to pay via PayPal that should work.

Once you hit visualize export your cloud in PNG format (in Grab and Share section) and then print it as any other image or picture.

Use keyboard arrow keys (right/left) to fine tune the value.

There is a way to do this:
- add a title to your words list
- switch to edit mode and manually position the title under your cloud
- change its color to anything you like (it is important as otherwise you won't see the title as it will inherit background color)
- Visualize your cloud

That's it. You should have your cloud with a title under the image.
