Word Amount Auto

MACY1969 Member	Hi Alex, I have a template that I have created 100s of without problems setting the word amount to auto to create the perfect look. I haven't used it in a few weeks and created one today again word amount set to auto and it is displaying what looks like 3 x as many words and is not the look I want. Has there been some amendment to this functionalilty? Also on the define word amount I only have to click the slider bar and it visualizes, I can not set it to a number easily

MACY1969 Member	Hi, I would really appreciate someone getting back to me. There does appear to have been some changes and this is messing up existing templates with auto word amount selected and causing me a lot more work

davfin Member	Same here Alex messaged you a few hours ago shapes we have been using for years are turning out poor shape, visualizing is freezing having to shut down and reopen your site, we do the same shapes, colours, word amounts day-in day-out so the problem is at your side, please advise ASAP

Alex Key Master	MACY1969 Could you please advise the name of the template so I could dig deeper into the problem? davfin Appreciate if you provide at least one word cloud name that turning out poor shape now. Regarding the visualizing freezes, there is no complaints from other users regarding this, thus I suspect it is your browser or laptop / PC issue. Try to reboot it or use another.

Now when I visualize there are too many words and it doesn't look pretty. This seems to be happening on all my clouds where auto amount is used. Still have a problem with the define word amount bar. I have noticed now that the word amount will change as the slider is moved without having to visualise, is this new functionality?

davfin Member	Alex, Did not keep the poor shapes as they are no good, did take a photo of the freezing visualizing will send it to you, the shapes are not the usual standard very rough and some words were even outwith the shape, tried different browsers and rebooted several times yesterday had to as your site was randomly freezing at visualizing, appreciate if you could address this issue, like I said we have used the same shapes, colours amount of words daily for nearly 3 years and paying for your premium package

Alex Key Master	davfin, Tagul works best with Google Chrome or Firefox. Freezings may indicate that your computer has a lack of RAM. Edited 08 Mar, 2017 12:01

Alex Key Master	davfin Did not keep the poor shapes as they are no good If you don't keep the poor shapes it is impossible to figure out what exactly causes the problem. I appreciate if you save the word cloud with a poor shape and advise its name, so I could fix it.
