saving

I can't seem to save my image to my computer. I do it, then I can find it in my finder.

I am also having problems saving. I press the grab an go button which opens a window to save the file but the file type (both png & svg) is blank with no option format to change to so the cloud won't save.

Unfortunately it is known issue for some environments. The best you can do is to save your cloud (to Tagul site) and try another browser like Chrome or Firefox.
