I cant get my clouds when I click on it all I get is a blank page my flash player is up to date. I am using a dongle (mobile internet) would this make a difference?

Since you are using mobile internet I guess it may take a while to load 5MB generator form.

Another suggestion is trying another browser like Firefox or Chrome.
