Hi there, I'm a very grumpy mummy!. I created a word cloud with my 5 yearold for his teacher. He choose all the words, the colours and the shape, we then wanted to print it on a tile using Zazzle (the link to products takes you straight to the zazzle site). Zazzle are refusing to print it saying it is an infringement of intellectual copyright, I have tried on several occasions and even sent them a screenshot of their site with my son's design on their products, but they won't budge. I' now tring a completely unconnected company but I am really annoyed that Tagul can use the superman logo, but zazzle won't print it. Who is in the wrong? And who is going to explain to my son that even though there's a picture there he likes, he can't use it!! Hoping someone from Tagul can explain this to me. Thanks |

Hi Stéphanie, it doesn't seem that you have the same question. Could you please contact the support and attach the logo you created and advise how you are going to use it? |

Hi. I have the same question relating to using Word Art.com designs on Zazzle. Since I am new they haven’t denied me anything yet, but I was wondering about the copyright policy. So, if I used a word art design and put it on an item. I came up with the words but I’ve kept the color, would I get in trouble for selling it. Thank you |

would I get in trouble for selling itYou shouldn't face with copyright issues with Zazzle ,unless you add a copyright image and try to sell a word art created from the copyrighted image (e.g. superman or batman logo for example). |
