| Is anyone having trouble with shapes. When I upload a heart for example and visualize my words - its ok, if I then want to select a different heart the system wont let me select any other items. The options appear in a column down the left side and nothing happens when I click the options.. eg Animals/Pirates.Heart. Ive tried to include a screen shot but cant do that. | |

Hi Clare, If you can't do a screenshot could you please record a small video using your smartphone demonstrating the problem and send it to the support email? |
