I am an educator in a small town in southern Maine who LOVES Tagul. I found Tagul after finding Wordle filled with too much "off color" content for my students. I am very new to this world and I know I haven't begun to unlock the potential of this site... I am hoping that as you evolve there is a place for teachers to talk about how to use this with students... and a way to keep the content appropriate for the classroom. Thank you, Alex! And, please, if you are a teacher please share what you are doing. Also, any thoughts about providing a Moodle course for those of us who are clueless about how to get started? Cindy |

Hi, I'm a teacher and we use Moodle at that moment I am using clouds for definitions of terminology - although I am struggling a bit with the API mode - it is a great tool. I can tell you a bit about Moodle although I am not the administrator of our institution's system - just a user. Darwinite |

I am new to this, too. I would love to have the students do a brain dump of words related to a topic we are studying and add them to a cloud. The only way I am thinking to do this is by having students email me a .doc of their brain dump and combine them all into one document and cut and past that into the builder. I would love to hear any ideas you, or others, have about ways to use this in the classroom. |
