Update Safari Browser to Access Site?

| I am unable to access site & get a message to update my Safari browser but I have the latest version 14.1.2. I do not have any other browser installed that I can use. It seems it's asking me to use an older version and I can't do that either. | |

| Safari 14.1.2 was released in 2020 and is very old. The current Safari version is 16.5. Please update your iOS to get the latest Safari browser. | |
