my clouds - saved clouds have disappeared

hi
ive spent all day designing clouds,
save them all
come to look through them and they had all gone
a days work wasted,can you please tell me happened to them???

i know i saved them
i was doing these then upgrading to premium

HI, my saved clouds have also dissapeared? can someone tell me why, i can still click on them but when i open them up the design and words have all gone.

I too seem to have a problem with a saved cloud.
It is Newfoundland and will not open, just says loading.....
Please help me get it back.
